Our 3 Step Process

First, get to the root cause of your pain or injury and start the healing process. Second, we build a custom program that focuses on your strength, mobility, and specific goals related to performance rehabilitation. Third, we ensure that your sport injury doesn’t return when you resume your activities, helping you get back to your active lifestyle! Finally, most patients join our preventative program, continuing their journey in physical therapy to live their healthiest and happiest life!

How are we different?

Michelle is a Board Certified Physical Therapist in California, specializing in performance rehabilitation. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine, and later completed a Multiple Subjects Credential in teaching, spending three years teaching elementary school. However, she realized that her true calling was in healing and returned to school, graduating from California State Long Beach with a Masters in Physical Therapy. After a year of working in a private practice, she pursued further education and completed an Orthopedic Residency Program with Kaiser Permanente. With over 13 years of experience in physical therapy, she also holds several holistic practice certifications, including as a Reiki Facilitator, Soul Memory Facilitator, and a certified Emotion/Body Code Practitioner.

Michelle excels at seeing the “Big Picture” in sports rehab, often emphasizing movement re-training to decrease pain and prevent future issues after a sport injury. She believes it is crucial to educate individuals about the movement patterns they use in daily life that contribute to their impairments and pain.
